3-week accommodation wanted near Stanford.

My friend, a very nice, clean lady is looking for a single private room 17 Jul - 5 Aug inclusive. Ideally on Stanford campus or with easy walking/bus access to the campus. She is open for price negotiation and willing to pay one month rental for the 3-week period should the room be in great condition & location.
