Reserve for $5 
I live off-campus but I'd like to move in to EV or other residential area on Stanford campus, and is looking for anyone who is willing to sublet the bedroom. Willing to pay more than what Stanford is charging you, up to $1300/mo (soft limit, negotiable).

I am a male grad student, quiet, do not smoke or drink, not fan of loud music :) move-in date flexible.

P.S. I know there are few spots available here but I'd like to take the chance..
