We are looking for one more roommate to renew the lease to a current condo I've been renting in Sunnyvale. Master bedroom suite will be available end of the month and can to renew lease starting on August 1st. The condo is 3 bedroom/2.5 bath located about 1.5 miles away from Downtown Sunnyvale and 1.5 miles away from Downtown Mountain View. Downstairs of the house is newly remodeled, hardwood floors, lots of natural lighting, high ceilings, and very spacious. The room has new carpet installed. It's own private full bathroom and lots of storage as well!
Room -
180 square feet - Beautiful spacious master bathroom with a full private bathroom. Large closet. Has two entrances into the house - one is obvious through the main entrance and the second is it's own personal entrance with it's own key from the outside. It's own room heating. Rent: $1,750
For three people, utilities are usually $50-$70 per person for wifi, pg&e, and water.

Young professional in my 20's working at Stanford. I work a regular 8-5 schedule throughout the week and occasional weekends here and there. Really laid back, enjoy sports, cooking, working out and a good happy hour.

Just moved from Southern California. Work full time in Sunnyvale. Loves to cook, host friends over for dinner occasionally and touring around the Bay Area!
