I will be doing a year long fellowship in the area and need to find a place within a 10-mile radius of Stanford. I will be working quite a bit so I won't be physically at the place much. I don't have pets and am a clean, neat person.

I plan to move in August 1 and stay until at least July 1, 2018. I am willing to share a room -- flexible with the living setup but want a nice, comfortable place.
