Small Group Guided Conversation Practice - $15 per hour
Meet together with up to 3 other students for guidance, simple instruction and helpful correction as you practice English in a conversational format. Topics include American culture and will be relevant to student interests and individual requests.

I am a friendly and patient teacher and I enjoy working with people from all over the world! I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees at Stanford University and began my career in education as a teaching assistant at Stanford. I also have a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate.
A strong mastery and practical application of professional written and spoken English have been central to my career in education. I spent 9 years working as a director at Hope Technology School in Palo Alto. The majority of that time I was Director of Communications and many of my responsibilities included writing and editing grants, reports and promotional materials.
