The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Caltrain station and Facebook shuttle. It’s within walking distance to a bunch of great places (Whole Foods, Philz Coffee, Chipotle, Jamba Juice) and bars. It’s super close to weekend event happenings and you'd be more than welcome to join us if you'd like :)
It’s also very new and has all the amenities you can ask for - an in-unit washer dryer, fitness center, garage, pool, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and BBQ grills.
The other room will be occupied by my good friend from college! We both graduated in June 2017, so we'd prefer to live with another young female professional or graduate student.
Rent for shared bedroom: $1200
Lease: 11 months
Move-in: September 14
