Sprint is offering 1 year free unlimited service if you transfer over from a different carrier with a compatible phone. Their customer service is amazing. I never had to wait too long on hold and their chat representatives resolve issues very quick without trying to sell me other things. The coverage and bandwidth is also good so far and I really don't notice any difference from Verizon. I get over 50 Mb download speeds at my home and at Stanford.
I reduced my Verizon bill from $100 a month for 4GB of data for two lines to $5.26 for taxes and fees. They also waive the activation fees although you might have to pay for the SIM cards and shipping to receive them. There is a $5 charge per line, but they credit it when you sign up for autopay.
I am literally saving $1,140 over the next year. You will save more if you have more lines or use more data. I am not receiving any referral bonus for this. I am just so amazed with Sprint. If you had Verizon like me, definitely consider switching over.
