I'm looking for someone who can share 2~5 hours of evening time on occasional Thursdays and Fridays with my 10-year-old son. You will need to pick him up from after school care at his school which is on Stanford Avenue, and stay with him until I come back from my class. Pick up time is no later than 6pm and I will be back home around 8:00~8:30 pm on Thursdays, and 10:50pm on Fridays. Friday is basically every other week and I will let you know exact dates.
From his school to home is about 10~15 minute drive within Palo Alto (3 miles). It would be best if you can drive your car so you pick him up and drive to our home, but Marguerite could be one option, or even hanging out on Stanford campus might be another option. My son is a 4th grader, so he doesn't need much of "baby sitting" but he still needs to eat a little. Then you can simply hang out with him; reading, doing homework, playing board games, playing balls, etc. My son is quiet and shy in the beginning but is easy going also.
