Stanford University’s Faculty Staff Housing is actively seeking a temporary employee to provide scheduling, filing, document management, data compilation, data presentation, data research and other administrative support.
The ideal candidate will need to have a valid US driver’s license and be skilled in common administrative PC applications (Adobe, Excel, Word, etc.). S/He will also need to be comfortable working independently (e.g. self-motivated, and resourceful), and very customer service oriented. A background in administrative support services and real estate is preferred, but not required.
The assignment is paid hourly at $20.00 per hour. The candidate will be working a flexible schedule between 20-40 hours per week, ideally starting as soon as possible. As a Stanford temporary employee, the individual hired into this role is not eligible for most Stanford benefits.
