Super comfortable upholstered couch and armchair. Armchair is in great condition; couch has a few tears. They've been outside on a covered patio for three years (covered by a tarp when there's any sort of weather). Perfect for a covered outdoor area or a basement den. If you reupholster the couch, it'll be like new; it's sleepably comfortable. The armchair is in good enough condition to put in a dorm or casual living room.
