Hello! I am a visiting researcher for this coming quarter. I am looking to rent starting as soon as possible, and ending at the 12/31. I am clean, quiet, and have no pets. I would prefer on campus, but would be willing to stay somewhere off campus, as long as its within ~1-2 miles of campus. My price range is ~1300/month. Thank you.
