Bedroom, bathroom, and closet/storage are primary necessities. Can share room and bathroom. No gender preference of housemates.
Ideal locations would be near Stanford campus and/or near Caltrain station a few stops away from campus.
I don't take up much space! Spend most of my days out (usually leave early, return late). Working multiple part-time jobs and am a freelance and gigging musician. Otherwise, I stay in, watch movies, am social, etc. Extremely low-maintenance.
