I'm a PhD student expecting my first baby, and my mom is looking to sublet or temp rent a furnished room near the downtown Menlo Park area to be near me to help with the baby.
My mom is awesome, clean, quiet, funny, and will likely be spending much of her time over at my apartment with the baby.
She's coming up from Texas, so she doesn't have a huge bay area budget, but we'll entertain all opportunities in the area.
Timing: looking to rent Jan - April, but timing is flexible.
