The Behavioral Laboratory at the Graduate School of Business is looking to hire a marketing intern for 2018 to work part-time, about 20 hours per week.

The Behavioral Lab is a human subjects laboratory that requires many people from the Stanford community to participate in our experiments: undergraduate students, graduate students, and staff members. We are looking for someone to join our team who will be responsible for leading marketing and generating buzz among these groups.

Marketing campaigns would involve, for example, outreach to student organizations, staff groups, Greek Life, undergraduate dorms. Directing some of our undergraduate students to support the activities from time to time may be needed. A social media campaign may also be useful. This position will work in collaboration with the lab director and staff in devising new marketing campaigns, and then carry out those campaigns mainly independently.

The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate of Stanford, know student organizations well, be connected with groups around campus, and is looking to go into the marketing field. Responsibility, proactivity, imagination, and extraversion would be critical for this, and experience using social media for outreach/marketings campaigns a big plus.

If you are passionate about marketing and have great ideas for how to communicate with the Stanford community, we'd love to hear from you!
