I am a Lecturer, in my 40s, looking for an affordable (~$1800) and quiet cottage / in-law unit. Biking distance from Stanford is ideal. I would be especially interested in places coming available during Spring Break, but would consider moving sooner for the right place.

Not looking for roommates at this time.
