Life in the Bay is an expat blog and community that aims to help all those who have chosen to make the Bay Area their home, immigrants, expats and refugees alike. With over 28,000 followers on Facebook, we seek to make the transition to a new life as easy as it can be.

We are seeking dedicated and passionate volunteer writers to help create helpful, professional and relevant content for our audience. We are a diverse team from many backgrounds and cultures who take pleasure in helping others on the journey we have taken before us. So if you’ve just arrived and are looking for a way to build skills or meet people, or are all settled in and ready to help others, we need you.

Whatever your story, and whatever brings you to the Bay Area, we’d love to hear from you.
