Would you like to work for Stanford and support Staff, students and faculty? Then the position of Event Scheduling Specialist in the Office of the Registrar, a unit of the Division of Student Affairs, may be the right opportunity for you!

The Scheduling department is looking for a temp to work either part time, 20 hrs/wk or full time 40hrs/wk, $17hr. Reporting to the Associate Registrar, the temporary Scheduling Specialist is responsible but not limited to:

• Schedule events for Stanford departments and students, approximately 500+ events using 200 classroom and outdoor spaces across campus each quarter.
• Identify, clarify, and resolve highly visible or complex issues with substantial significance and impact that may span multiple areas, using advanced technical and professional knowledge requiring independent judgment.
• Use Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences, client groups, and managements.
• Use computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office. Preferred but not required, is experience with PeopleSoft, 25Live (scheduling software) and OrgSync
• Advanced customer service skills. Relevant computer systems/technology experience
