The Center for Design research at Stanford University is recruiting participants for driving research in virtual reality. It’s fun!
This is a two-part study:
Part 1 will take about 30 minutes on Stanford Campus where you will learn a little about self-driving cars and do some driving in a car simulator. This portion pays $5.
Part 2 will take about 1 hour on Stanford Campus where you will do a significant amount of driving and monitoring the self-driving car in a car simulator. This part will happen between three and 5 weeks after part 1. This portion pays $17.50.
You must have good vision, or corrected vision with contact lenses. Glasses mess with the eye tracker, so we can't use you.
If this is interesting to you, please sign up for an account on our experiment management system: stanfordcdr.sona-systems.com
Once you have done that, you can sign up for any of our studies with open time slots. This particular study is cryptically called "“Learn About and Try a Simulated Self-Driving Car."
We hope to see you soon!
