I am a single professional Latino female in search of a Studio/Cottage/Mother in law to Rent/guest home to rent or lease in the Bay Area.
Access to local transportation is critical as I commute to the Stanford/Palo Alto area. My privacy, safety and adequate parking is very important to me and much desired.
Budget including utilities, internet & cable = $1000 - $1300.
I am a financially independent, responsible, self-supporting individual with outstanding references.
I am currently renting a private cottage in Santa Clara, CA
A private/personal BATHROOM, KITCHEN ACCESS (for light cooking/preparing meals), and on-site LAUNDRY and PARKING are essential.
I am a very quiet, responsible, clean, timely and organized individual and enjoys peaceful and quiet environments.
I have NO PETS!
I prefer an UNFURNISHED Studio/Cottage/Mother in law to Rent/guest home!
I am open to meeting a compatible similar person (female preferred) to perhaps search for a townhome, home, apartment to rent/lease and share half of all responsibilities.
