I am a current Stanford student and a former Stanford football player looking to make some extra funds for groceries/school/life etc. I used to remove plenty of stumps back in high school for folks in my neighborhood using hand tools (shovel, axe, etc), and figured it could be a good quick escape from my study intensive lifestyle these days.
If you live in the Stanford, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, or Mountain View area and have some pesky stumps in your yard (preferably under 12” in diameter), I could help you remove them for $35 bucks an hour. I promise to work fast (since I am on a busy schedule with school). I also won't make a ruckus with loud chainsaws, wood chippers etc; it will just be me with and shovel and axe. I will also haul the stump away if you want, and fill the recessed area with fresh top soil at no extra charge.
I will also do various landscaping odd jobs (pruning, planting, spreading wood chips, etc)
