Hi there! I am looking for a nice house-mate to live with me and my sweet kitty, Lili, in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath or a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath in Menlo Park/ Palo Alto area. (Lili is an emotional support animal so I have the paperwork for her to be allowed in rental housing.) I've started looking and found a few wonderful places around $1500-$1550 a month per person plus utilities. All the places I have found/ places I am looking for are within a few miles of Stanford campus for an easy commute.

My ideal roommate would be someone friendly, clean, non-smoker, good communicator to make sure we aren't doing anything to upset each other, and respectful, that is okay with us hanging out as well as doing our own thing.
