I am a female Stanford (research) employee looking for new housing starting in May (or sooner). I'm pretty laid back but do spend a lot of time outside of the house working and socializing.

A private room with access to parking and onsite laundry is preferred. Ideally the maximum cost would be 900 including utilities, so locations outside Stanford/ Palo Alto are more than welcome.
