Come be a part of our Stanford Neurobiology study on fear, anxiety and therapeutic interventions with Virtual Reality technology. We are looking to better understand the biomarkers of anxious emotional states and test the effectiveness of non-invasive relaxation techniques to help shift negative states. Participants will be reimbursed for parking and gifted a Stanford Medicine T-shirt for participation.
Eligibility Requirements:
* 18 or older
* Not pregnant
* Not currently on or prescribed psychiatric medication
* Current or past clinical diagnoses of anxiety
* Do not need glasses for farsightedness or has contacts if applicable
* Approximately 2 hours of time @Stanford University
