I am a 27-year old female professional working in Menlo Park. My husband is graduating from Stanford in June, but I will have to stay in the area for a little longer on my own; at least until January 2019. I am looking for a place to rent / sublease, starting mid-July at the earliest and September at the latest. Both furnished & unfurnished work, but my budget cannot exceed $1,100(+/-). It goes without saying that I will be sharing a bathroom.
I am very easy-going, clean, & respectful. Preferred locations are Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood city, Mountain View, or anything else in close proximity. I own a car, so a parking spot would be great - unless the place has ample (and unrestricted!) street parking.
I would even be able to somehow share a 1BR/1BA, to bring the cost down (we could subdivide the common area).
