I am a recent Stanford grad and am currently a research assistant on campus. My partner (also a Stanford grad) and I are looking for a place to call home for the coming year (we are open to one-year leases starting in June/July). We are looking for a studio, 1BR apartment, or room in a house that is ideally within biking distance of Stanford (although we are open to a longer commute if we find a place we love). We are both clean, quiet, and respectful of the spaces we live in. We both have experience in coops, so would love to live in a community that cooks/spends time together if we are living in a room in a house.
