Who likes trolls? No one. Trolled gamers are 320% more likely to leave games. Companies lose revenue. Companies haven’t found a solution to manage trolls. In fact, they don’t even know what gamers like or hate. They don’t have data because the industry is missing out casual gamers. We are creating a safe community for casual gamers to solve the troll problem. We have set up a pilot test starting this September in five pc bangs (400 game PCs) and with some eSports companies in Korea.
