Hello! I am currently working in Palo Alto and looking to move into a single room soon!
About me:
I'm from Southern California and enjoy watching shows on Netflix. I graduated from UC Davis about a year ago and plan to further my education in a few years (but work for now). I'm very friendly, understanding and outgoing! I am very clean and reliable when it comes to paying bills on time. I don't have a pet and I plan on bringing my bedroom furniture, so I don't need a furnished room.
I'd prefer to live in an area within the Sunnyvale, Atherton, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Redwood City or Mountain View area. My ideal price range would be $1200/month and under (utilities already included), but I'm flexible with the price as long as the area/neighborhood is nice and safe. I'd like a long term arrangement, but I'm open to housing that has a 6 month lease too.
I'm also not trying to share a bathroom with 4 or 5 individuals either, sorry!
