n need of a summer subletter for a single room in an amazing Palo Alto home! I am looking for someone from July 1st (can be sooner) through to September 1st (can be a bit longer), so around ~2 months! This house is no joke incredible, and the roommates are a friendly bunch! Details about the house:
The current roommates are looking for a girl to join them in the 7Br/6Ba, new construction, 4,000+ sq ft home in Midtown Palo Alto - 5 minute drive and 15 minute bike ride to Stanford! You will have a private bedroom (130 sq ft) and share a bathroom. Bedroom comes with a medium sized closet for storage. We have a several large living rooms, several fridges to store everyone's food, and we also have an open floor plan kitchen (fully loaded with many pots + pans + plates, etc).

New 2017 Craftsman Construction w/ 7 bedrooms and 6 baths (4,049 sqft):
* Lots of light and common area space, plenty of space for everyone
* 3 mi from the Palo Alto Caltrain station and downtown Palo Alto
* Central Cooling and Heating
* Washer/Dryer In-House
* No pets
* No smoking, no drugs of any kind
* Street parking
Current Group: 4 Male and 3 Female. 3 work at Facebook, 2 work at Amazon, and two are looking for jobs in tech. We’re a pretty easygoing and quiet group.
