I'm a male tenant who is looking to move to the Bay Area from New Jersey to work at NASA.
Area: Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto (in order of preference)
Price - around $1,000 a month, but can be flexible if it's worth it. At a minimum, looking for a private room with some easy going room mates.
Close - Would eventually get a car out there, but would like to keep it around a 30 minute bike ride or train.
Close to Caltrain stop so I can ideally walk to a train and take it to SFO to catch a plane home. (family will remain in NJ so will be flying back and forth- meaning weekends, I might be gone)
Parking - Street parking is okay so long as I can leave a car there for up 2 weeks at a time without issue
Things to do - As I'll be a lonely guy while out there, so if there are walk able areas near by
Good Timing - My first day in the office will be Sep 4th, but I am willing to pay for August and even July if the place is that good
