I'm a 30m resident at Stanford, looking for housing starting this September, ideally in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or Mountain View. I would prefer a one-bedroom apartment or in-law/cottage but am open to a room in a house (bonus if own bathroom), or studio. Price range is flexible depending on location and amenities. I am clean, quiet, and respectful. Happy to provide references.
