I'm a friendly, respectful guy. No drugs or bad habits. I am married but my spouse has already started a new job across the country so it would just be me in the room.
I'm ideally looking for a single bedroom. Unfurnished is fine. Shared bathroom is okay. Ideally I'd be able to cook/do laundry in the house.
My budget is $1300/month. I can pay month-to-month or up front. Happy to discuss security deposits and other term/contract details on request. Can provide background check/credit report as well.
All in all, I'm a reasonable, respectful tenant just looking for a place to crash while I work my tail off. If you're looking to rent out a bedroom in your house or an in-laws quarters I think I'm exactly the type of person you're looking for.
Lease would ideally run mid-August to Mid-December but we can negotiate.
