I'm Shelly. I had a PhD in Genetics and MS in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford. I am working full-time as a Sr. Data Scientist in a tech company in MV.

I am inviting you to my healing programs on stress management, overcoming depression and low self-esteem, weight and habit control etc. I personally went through some dark years of depression and eventually found my way out. I'd love to contribute some time to advocate for optimal health and happier living.

I will be leading a stress management workshop on Aug 12th, Sunday, 7:30pm-9:30pm. Besides, I also have weekly programs on Sunday 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM starting from Aug 19th.
