I am interested in finding a room or apartment preferably close to the Stanford campus, and I would love it it came furnished. My budget is around $1500-$2000 but can be negotiated if the offer is good. I am a tidy, non smoking student and not really known to be a trouble maker.
I hope to use a bike to get to classes, so not too far away, and if the place has a parking spot, that would also be amazing.
