Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Play key role in the field campaign & voter outreach efforts.
• Communicating with voters to build our overall support base.
• Planning and executing campaign & community events.
• Social Media & digital content & strategy.
• Voter registration & community organizing.
• Staffing the candidate at all public events.
• High sense of urgency and proactivity – acts with a can-do
attitude and a high standard for excellence.
• Infectious positivity and energy.
• Need to be fearless and get on the phone and promote.
Good energy is a must.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and
prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with
discretion and be adaptable to various competing demands.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
