Hello all:

I'm a current Stanford PhD student (6th year, male) looking to rent starting in September (immediately or before September 18th). Looking for a single bedroom lease anywhere from 3 months (short term) til early next summer (May/June, long term) with a preference for a maximum rent of ~$1,300 per month.

A little more about me:
• I'm clean, helpful, social, and respectful of others and their space;
• don't smoke, do drugs, or drink;
• don't own any pets;
• play sports (tennis, soccer, etc.), hang out with friends, and read/write outside of work in addition to other activities;
• and have been involved in the wider Stanford community (e.g. leading student groups, etc.).
