RECRUITING PARTICIPANTS FOR THE RESILIENCE STUDY
What is the study?
• Stanford University researchers are studying how beliefs might influence students’ ability to
cope after a sexual assault or intimate partner violence
Are you eligible?
• At least 18 years old
• Stanford undergraduate or graduate student
• Experienced a sexual assault or intimate partner violence
• Did not participate in last year’s resilience study by Adriana Miu, PhD
What does it involve?
• Complete a 45-minute online survey anytime anywhere (enter url into your browser--- goo.gl/QvdHeJ)
• Receive a $20 Amazon gift card coupon for your participation
• You may find questions to be difficult to think about, and you may skip any questions or
withdraw from the study anytime.
• This study is strictly for research purposes and will not be used directly to inform university
processes. However, your participation may help to design future treatments.
