We are two quiet and responsible PhD students at Stanford. We both have steady incomes and strong credit scores. We have a cat who lives mostly outdoors and doesn't require a litter box in the apartment.

We are looking for a 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment biking distance from Stanford, ideally on the ground floor (access to a yard is even better). We are hoping to move in early January if possible.
