Job Description

We are looking for a contract talent sourcer to review our ai-sourced candidates and provide feedback so we can better train our algorithms. Your daily tasks include reading a role's criteria and reviewing a list of candidates, mark them as match or not a match for that role, and mark reasons for why they are not a match. You will be part of a small team and have a direct impact on our product. This is a contract role in Palo Alto with flexible work hours.
Qualifications
--------------------------------
* Previous experience in data annotation or recruiting
* Experience in technical sourcing is a big plus
* Attention to details. Strong interest and patience in reading resumes and labelling that information for use in AI and machine learning environments
* Strong web search abilities
