We have had interest from different groups and want to run the lottery soon so we are sending out this final invitation to sign up to view the house.
This beautiful, well-maintained 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom house in Redwood City is only a 20 minutes drive away from campus. It is well-maintained and has large, inviting open plan living room area so you can host great parties with friends. It has a ping pong table (easily convertible to a hallowed beer pong altar), bubbly hot tub, garage gym and delicious lemons on our trees (according to a party guest from last Friday night).
Monthly rent: $8600 (~$1000 per room, $1600 for master bedroom which can fit a couple)
Passdown fee per person: $1800
