We are a team of researchers at Stanford University preparing to launch a new initiative to provide faculty, staff, and students with professional development resources such as interview skills, creative brainstorming, professional interactions, etc. One of the main goals of our group is to provide free training exercises to all Stanford affiliates. However, before this initiative is fully launched, our team hopes to run various trials so we can gather feedback on the effectiveness of the exercises. All graduate students and university staff with professional work experience are encouraged to participate. If eligible, participants will be compensated $25 for 60 minutes of their time.
