We're a 28-year old married couple looking to move to RWC / San Mateo / Burlingame after I finish grad school in June. We are hoping to find a house within two miles from a caltrain station. We also want a closed-in backyard for our 30 lbs dog. To keep costs down, we are hoping to find a roommate or two to join. We need to move by July 1st but will move earlier for the right house / situation.
