Possible combinations:
1. one housemate. unfurnished 2b/2ba is about 2,000$/month without utilities.
2. two housemates: 1 in the master room, the other in the living room. In this way we could have:
2x rooms 1,500$/month, 1x living room 1,000$/month plus utilities.
3. a couple or a family to share the apartment.
