This guy Miguel Juan Sandoval is a scam artist. He overbooked his room at 495 Sherwood way, Menlo park, California with me and another student towards the end of my rotation at the same time (our dates clashed for 4 days). He made me sleep on the couch for 4 days despite me having paid for the room in full (asked me to adjust) and then tried to kick me out of the house at 10:30pm on my last day (I was supposed to leave early morning of next day). It was a horrible experience for me and I couldn't do anything about it because I had already paid in full up-front. He also expected me to clean the whole room before I left!

If you are a student/visiting student don't book his place! There are a lot of other places on offer and I bet they won't have these problems. He will be very nice to you when you at the time you are booking the place but at the end of your turn here he'll do things like this.
It sucks that such an awesome experience at Stanford University had such a bitter ending. I hope no one else has to experience this.
