I just started a job at Stanford. I am staying with family currently, but I’m looking to move in the summer (July or August, no fixed date yet).
Preferences:
-Private room, unfurnished
-Private bath
-Closet space
-Washer and dryer in-unit
-Dishwasher
-Access to kitchen (though I don’t cook very much)
-A place to park
-Commuting distance from campus – prefer to stay within 20 miles, willing to commute a little farther for the right place
-Occasional overnight guests (it wouldn’t be often)
-$1,200 or less per month, if possible

32, female. I’m from here originally. My work hours are M-F 7:30-4:30 so I’m up fairly early – usually go to the gym after work. I’m neat, quiet, and respectful, and don’t drink in the house, nonsmoker. I lived in LA for a couple years, working in film and television. No pets will be moving with me, but I’m happy if you have them!
