-A place to park
-$1,200 or less per month, if possible
-Private bath (preferred)

23, male, in community teaching/lab research. Regular work hours. I like to go to the gym, watch matinee movies, be around nature and read about biomimicry. I will probably cook most of my meals, but am very clean & respectful. I don't drink or smoke.
