Me: I'm a mid-30s queer-friendly woman and I work as a staff member at Stanford. I'm looking for either a 1/1, in-law, a room in a shared situation, or a roommate who wants to find a place together. Max $2200 rent, not including utilities.
I'd love to find a place within 4 miles of Stanford's campus. I'd prefer something with access to yard space, and I'm looking to move in by June 1.
I'm fairly amenable to different housemate situations, ie I don't eat a lot of meat but don't mind if you do, I'm pretty low key and tend to turn in early but I'm also a heavy sleeper so it won't bother me if you're a night owl. I like yoga, meditation, hiking, and live music. I like to unwind on the weekend but my partying days are far behind me.
I'm also bringing my cute dog dezzy, who's a 14 lb rescue maltese mix (doesn't shed, fully house-trained, with no destructive behavior). He loves people and is very snuggly, but can't live with other animals. Please shoot me an email, I look forward to talking with you!
