Hello (from Alaska)!
We are a couple moving from Alaska and looking for housing in the Palo Alto area, preferably within biking distance to Stanford University where we are both in graduate school. We are looking for a small place (furnished or unfurnished) to live for the next 1-2 years (starting in mid-September 2019). One bedroom, studio, cottage, yurt, tiny home would all be wonderful.
We also have a small (35 lb) 14 year old dog so a space with a yard would be preferred. She is extremely well behaved, friendly and easy on households. She is also certified as an emotional support animal.
