The O'Brien Lab in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Physiology is seeking a part-time lab assistant. A postdoc in the lab needs help counting cells from digital images acquired on a microscope. The position is a minimum of 8 h/week, with potential to grow to 12h/week. The precise hours are flexible; once initial training is done lab duties can be performed on evenings and/or weekends. $16-20/hour. One-year commitment expected. Start ASAP.

You don't need to have: Prior lab experience (we will train you).

You do need to be: Dedicated, reliable, and responsible, with the ability to focus on a repetitive task for 1-2 hours at a stretch and to repeat it with high accuracy.
