Hi

I' looking for a place with the following features:

-Available for at least 6 months (most probably will extend it to a year)
-Move-in between August 17th to the end of August. (kind of flexible)
-Female housemates
-Prefer private bathroom but shared is also OK
-Prefer to have kitchen access (flexible)
-Rent is up to 1500$ (including everything)
-Within 4 miles of Stanford
