We are a mid 20s couple (1 Stanford graduate, Google/Intel software engineers) looking for a studio or in-law suite.
We're looking for a lease of 6-12 months, and possibly renewing afterward. We're flexible on the start date, and would consider something available in October as well.
Something near Sunnyvale would be ideal, but Palo Alto or Santa Clara could also work.
We're both quiet, tidy, and respectful. We don't have pets, don't smoke, and don't do drugs.
In our spare time, we enjoy hiking, playing music and cooking. One of us enjoys running and cycling.
